We want your experience with SPF, whatever the context, to be a great one. If something's not right, we'd like to know - so that we can do something positive about it.
SPF is dedicated to helping authors make a living through their writing through paid and free courses, podcasts, conferences and online communities. In order to make that happen, we do the following;
We want to make sure that anyone who comes into contact with SPF is respected, considered and valued as a member of our community.
If you feel you have been mistreated or discriminated within the SPF community due to race, skin colour, sexual orientation, gender, gender identity or expression, marital or parental status, age, religion, national origins, disability, physical appearance, writing genre or any other factor, we want to know so that we can take action.
The SPF team commit to your safety and well-being. We have standards that guide how our staff and consultants interact with you. We commit to not engaging in harmful behaviour such as harassment, exploitation, abuse, or discrimination.
We have made a confidential reporting system available so that you can tell us if you have experienced anything that would violate our conduct standards or our community guidelines. We respond to every report received, reviewing it and taking action according to the concern reported. Where appropriate, we report to authorities.
Help us keep it fair, equitable and safe. Please use the form below to get in touch.
